Description
Villa Florence is simply incredible. It is set on its own private lawned grounds with twin swimming pools for adults and kids all with water cascades that automatically activate every hour. The wrap around teak decking and sun lounges invite the body to lie down, take the sun, get that tan and then take a dip to cool off before lunch on the patio from where you can enjoy fabulous sea-views. There are sea-views from all over the villa, from the front bedrooms, from the the balcony, the patio and the garden. The design of the villa is wonderfully relaxing, with a sprawling open plan living room in one zone, separated by a drop down bell-dome fireplace from the dining area lined with french windows. The kitchen is separate, with breakfast bar as well as a breakfast area that has, you have guessed it, sea-views as you sip your coffee. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped as you would expect. There is one large double bedroom downstairs with bathroom, bath and shower. An airy light filled in-ox stairwell brings us to the second floor with an open plan foyer and three further bedrooms. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom while the other two share a large and spacious third bathroom. The property is naturally air-conditioned through-out. There is private, subterranean parking for three vehicles.
What is particularly appealing are the lawned grounds and gardens that offer space and privacy and room to kick that ball or throw that frisbee. And the other lovely thing is the Villa is but a short stroll to a four star spa resort where you can pamper yourself, hire tennis courts, and dine in the pizzeria. It is also no more than a stroll to a small sandy beach, the wild and sprawling Santa Lucia beach and the popular Cap Roig beach. But the villa itself is so comfortable, most of our clients simply like to hang out around the pool, enjoy the gardens and fire up the barbecue when the hunger pangs remind you its time to dine..
