This leads onto an extensive terrace with space for a table and parasol, sun-lounges and views of the blue sea in the distance. He general access to the house is largely very good with an asphalt road up to the last 200 meters when the way become a typical Catalan track. Water is supplied by the mains and electricity supplied by solar panels, inverter and batteries with a generator back-up.
