Finca Encanto is the rarest of things, a wonderful little finca just 2 km from the village of El Perelló that really is like an uncut diamond waiting to be shaped and polished. Now while there is a solar system, there really is no solar system. There is a 12v battery and minimal panels that keep the house in light and the fridge running. This means investment. Now while the finca is just 2 kilometers from the popular village of El Perelló on an asphalt road, it must be pointed out that it is also just 3 kilometers from the wild and secluded beaches on the El Perelló coastline. Basically the finca says live on the mountain in the evening and swim in the sea in the morning. Other important information is the fact it is set on two hectares of olive trees but the interesting thing here is the two adjoining parcelas or plots belong to the Catalan State and are designated as conservation which simply means the little house is located in the middle of an oasis of guaranteed tranquility. The asking price is €157,500 which means turning this finca in that mini-heaven in the privileged area of the Ebro delta will cost you €60,000 on top.
