Finca M&M is not as famous as M&M sweets but it is equally as colourful and with an equal array of flavours. The M&M stands for Mar y Muntanya as you have views of both from the land and the sea. It is ideally located between El Perello and L’Ampolla but the finca or should I say fincas are very cute and endearing. There is also a chicken coup and an enclosed vegetal garden of 30m2. Naturally to grow your own vegetable you need lots of water and the good news is this finca has everything including its own well. There is therefore a modern solar system with back-up generator that powers the whole farm. All in all the property holds out a number of options. It is ready to be enjoyed and lived in as is but there is also the possibility of renovating the second property for guests or possible rental in the future. Perhaps Finca M&M is as good as the sweets if not better!
