Náutico is an apartment managed by Catalan Ways situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla.
We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve.
Apartment Náutico is a duplex so-called because of its wonderful views from the rooftop terrace and pool area, right in the heart of l'Ampolla, a famous seafood destination located in the middle of the protected delta natural park. Near all the best restaurants, shopping facilities, the wonderful harbour and maritime walks, this is an incredibly spacious apartment with two terraces, one for al fresco dining beside the tastefully designed open plan kitchen, and a separate internal dining area, a large lounge with sea and harbour views. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed, ensuite bathroom and with private terrace that leads directly onto the roof top terrace and pool. There are two other bedrooms, another large double bedroom and a kid’s room with bunk beds, single beds and an additional pull out bed if needed. One of the outstanding features of this lovely holiday apartment is the roof top pool with views of the Mediterranean and coastline. Combined with its spacious, light filled interiors and privileged location, this is a holiday home that means you never need to take the car even though there is subterranean parking. All in all, an apartment that provides a touch of class in the nest possible location.
This beautiful part of the Spanish Mediterranean, known as the Gold Coast, is famous for its mountains sweeping down to golden sandy beaches. Costa Dorada has a unique climate that is warm in summer and mild in winter.
L'Ampolla is a fishing village that has happily avoided being a tourist destination. Famed through-out the Costa Dorada for its cuisine, the oysters, razor clams and fish all come straight from the waters of the bay. While it does have a gentle pace of life with great beaches, there is still jet ski rental and boat hire for fishing, beach volleyball tournaments and a summer season night-club, music concerts and festivals to provide lots of interesting variety.

The view from the front lounge is fantastic. From the main bedroom you have access directly to your own small seating area and the swimming pool.

The curtains in main bedroom. They need to be lighter weight or on a pulley.
Another sofa. Although it didn’t affect us, it’s a 3 bedroom place and more people would mean there’s only a sofa big enough for 3.

La Ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, se encuentra en delante del puerto y al lado de la zona de restauración de l'Ampolla. La playa de les avellanes a 5 minutos andando. Además en los bajos del alojamiento podemos encontrar un supermercado para see more

Poner mas menaje, faltan platos y tazas de cafe, tazones de desayuno, tostadora( que lo pone en las caracteristicas y no estaba). Cubos para reciclar.
