The holiday home has a bespoke barbecue area, a wrap around terrace with outside dining area, pool with views of the surrounding countryside and a beautifully refurbished interior. There is an open plan kitchen, a grand-pa space in front of the fire (that you will never light), a dining corner, two spacious bedrooms, one double and two single beds while upstairs there is a great chill out area with 50 screen television with access to an outside terrace with those panoramic views. The chill out area also provides two more single beds so the house is perfect for a family holiday or two families travelling together with young children. The property has entry through heavy duty metal gate.
Maset den Perdiu is an ecological, sustainable and self-sufficient house powered by solar panels and its own well. Therefore, it must be emphasised that consumption habits must be adapted to make them coincide with the hours of sunshine. The maset is equipped with appliances suitable for a self-sufficient home. It should be mentioned that no charging electric cars is allowed although there is a high-speed charging point in the village of L’Ampolla just 7km away.
