Daffodil is a house situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla managed by Catalan Ways.
We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve.
Daffodil is a commanding property with sea and pool views from patio and balconies. On three floors, the top floor bedroom has ensuite bathroom with a balcony that looks out over the coast; the middle floor two provides two more bedrooms sharing a large bathroom and also has a balcony with marvellous views of the gardens, pools and sea. The open plan living area and kitchen on the ground floor with WC leads onto a cosy patio and a lush private garden.
This beautiful part of the Spanish Mediterranean, known as the Gold Coast, is famous for its mountains sweeping down to golden sandy beaches.

Les Oliveres has the feel of an Andalusian white village with its elegant arches and wooden beams. The villa, pool and garden is beautiful - couldn't fault it. Perfect for a poolside/Quiet holiday which is what we wanted so thumbs up.
Lovely walks all around and little beach bars - great.

When we arrived the villa had not been cleaned and there was dog/cat hair all over downstairs floor and sofa. we had to buy cleaning equipment to clean floors and get smell of animals off sofa.

Rules state no swimming after 9pm. Every night during our stay there were groups of children/teenagers jumping into the big pool, some using skateboards/some somersaults which I found very dangerous. During our stay a particular lady went topless every day at the poolside - no problem if on a beach but this was a family resort with all ages of children and as mine were 12 and 13 year old boys I found her behaviour very inappropriate. I mentioned it to security who informed me it was not in the rule book. |

Our 8 week stay was perfect.The area was beautiful,up in the mountains wasoutstanding,the beaches were clean and not over busy and the local towns were still surprisingly Spanish! The Villa and pool were excellent and nothing was too much trouble forsee more

Would highly recommend for all families.

Two boys of 16 and two girls of 13 and our youngest of 5 have a great time here and we too! Beautiful garden on the complex with a lovely pool. It is quiet and the supervisors are friendly. In the hotel next to the complex we had breakfast several timesate a snack in the evening. There is plenty to do in the area. Karting, kayaking, castles, old villages, beautiful harbors. Day of Barcelona. Beaches everywhere and there was the pleasure to stay. In L'Ampolla itself there are two Spar supermarkets. That is very easy and close. And every morning until 11 o'clock there is a stall near the swimming pool where you can buy fresh bread and tasty sandwiches / cakes / pastries. This part of Spain is not yet very touristy, but you can go anywhere and they are incredibly friendly and helpful. Beautiful harbor town and also very clean and tidy we thought. The contact with Eva went smoothly. Very kind!!! We enjoyed! Twee jongens van 16 en twee meiden van 13 en onze jongste van 5 hebben zich hier prima vermaakt en wij ook! Prachtige tuin op het complex met een heerlijk zwembad. Het is er rustig en de toezichthouders vriendelijk. In het hotel naast het complex hebben we meerdere malen ontbeten of 's avonds een hapje meegegeten. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen. Karten, kajakken, kastelen, oude dorpjes, mooie havens. Dagje Barcelona gedaan. Strandjes overal en daar was het plezierg vertoeven. In L'Ampolla zelf zijn er twee Spar supermarkten. Dat is erg makkelijk en dichtbij. En iedere ochtend tot een uur of 11.00 is er vlakbij het zwembad een kraampje waar je vers brood en lekkere broodjes/koeken/gebak kunt kopen. Dit gedeelte van spanje is nog niet zo toeristisch, maar je kunt overal terecht en men is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooie havenplaats en ook erg schoon en netjes vonden wij. Het contact met Eva verliep soepel. Heel vriendelijk!!! We hebben genoten! |

Geweldig huis met veel ruimte (wij waren met vier personen) maar er hadden gemakkelijk zeven personen mee gekund om hetzelfde ruimtelijke gevoel te hebben. Het complex was perfect verzorgd en wij waren vrijwel de enige gasten. Voor de kinderen (4 en 7 )waren zowel de zwembaden als de speeltuin geweldig vertier. Tegenover ons was een groot hotelcomplex waar wij goed konden vertoeven en goedkoop konden ontbijten of eten als we geen zin hadden om te koken.
Op vijftig meter van het complex was een park aangelegd dat langs de mooie rotsachtige kustlijn liep en uitkwam op verschillende kleine stranden. Heel leuk als je avontuurlijk ingestelde kinderen hebt. Het hotel tegenover ons had de mogelijkheid tot tennis, padel, midgetgolf waar wij tegen betaling gebruik van konden maken. In de omgeving is voor natuur en cultuur liefhebbers veel te doen Miravet en Parc Natural Del t' Ebre zijn echte aanraders. Catalanways (de verhuurder) geeft een bijzonder gastvrije ontvangst en reageert direct op vragen. Ook kun je goed bij hen terecht als je tips wil hebben om de omgeving te verkennen. Wij kwamen bij toeval terecht bij deze appartementen maar we zullen in de toekomst zeker terugkeren!! |

Translation into English: The home is great with lots of space (we were four people) but there could easily have been seven people and still have the same sense of space. The complex was perfectly maintained and we among just a few guests. For the kids (4 and 7) both the pools and playground were great entertainment. Opposite us was a large hotel complex where we could have breakfasteat cheaply if we did not feel like cooking. Fifty meters from the complex was a playground that ran along the beautiful rocky coastline and led onto several small beaches. Very nice if you have adventurous children. The hotel offered the opportunity to play tennis, paddle, mini-golf for a fee. It is a perfect area for nature and culture lovers and there is a lot to do in Miravet and the Nature Park that are highly recommended. Catalan Ways (the agnecy) gives a very warm welcome and responds directly to questions. Also, you may well ask them if you want tips to explore the area. We found this property by chance but we will definitely return in the future !! |

We arrived late so Eva arranged for the local taxi driver to meet us in the village and show us our way to the accommodation which was great. We loved the accommodation which had everything we needed. The boiler for hot water wasn't working but once see more

We loved the accommodation which had everything we needed. The boiler for hot water wasn't working but once I contacted Eva she got a repair man out first thing the following morning. Location wise we loved this place as it was just a short drive from the village, very close to beautiful beaches and a short drive from amazing countryside. We will definitely return again next year

El contacto con la agencia ha sido muy fluido y han solucionado muy rapido algunos puntos que han ido surgiendo de manera muy rapida. Estamos muy contentos de haber conocido esta zona y en concreto esta urbanizacion. Si podemos, volveremos! |

Lo único que puedo recomendar es un kit de menage de cocina de bienvenida mas completo (estropajo, 2 trapos, un poco de jabón de platos y de manos).

Durch Recherchieren im Internet fanden wir die Ferienwohnung-Spanien.de, sehr kurzfristig buchten wir eine Villa in LÀmpolla. Missverständnisse die auftraten, wurden schnell geregelt (An dieser Stelle würde ich mich gerne noch einmal für den tollen Service bedanken). Die Ferienwohnung übertraf unsere Vorstellungen, sie war toll eingerichtet und hatte mehr als mann brauchte. Bei Wünschen und fragen wurde uns sofort gehollfen. Auch in Sachen die sie nicht angeboten hatten, halfen sie uns Informationen zu bekommen. Wir verbrachten ein ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub, mit wunderschöner Umgebung. Vielen Dank das sie uns so einen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht haben.

Hibiscus is located right in the centre of the lush gardens of Les Oliveres with great pool views and with a large private garden. The house is very comfortable with the open plan kitchen and dining area flowing onto the patio and lawn. The house has three bedrooms: one double downstairs with bathroom, then a large double bedroom with private balcony and pool and mountain views and then a kid’s bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. Wi-Fi is free and the property is air-conditioned through-out.
