Casa Tranquilo is a house situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla managed by Catalan Ways.
We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve.
Casa Tranquilo is a holiday home designed with the idea of calm spaces in the Mediterranean sun. It has a Zen garden, tables fashioned from old restored wood, a large patio with hanging curtains that is ideal for breakfasting or dining al fresco. The patio leads into a spacious living area with 54 inch wide screen TV and a fabulously impressive dining table, an old door to an ancient masia redesigned as a great, oak table. There is a suspended bar that gives access to a fully furnished modern kitchen that facilites ease when serving food and drinks. There is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and private parking. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has large king size bed, enjoys a large private bathroom with access to a wonderful balcony with amazing sea views. There are two other bedrooms on this floor, one with two single beds and the second with a large double. There is also another bathroom that serves these bedrooms on this floor. The top floor has two single beds and a double bed and is arranged in the style of a dormitory for the children. It also has access to a balcony with panoramic sea views.
Las Palmeras holiday complex that offers an array of great facilities such as tennis, paddle ball, playground, football pitch and an adult/toddler pool. The Arenal beach is 100 m away and is beside the Ebro Delta Natural Park so early morning walks to the bird sanctuary or a jog on the maritime boardwalk are very popular.
This beautiful part of the Spanish Mediterranean, known as the Gold Coast, is famous for its mountains sweeping down to golden sandy beaches.
Costa Dorada has a unique climate that is warm in summer and mild in winter.

We were at the end of the vacation and the whole area: pool, tennis court... were almost to ourselves and there were hardly any other people there. it was very pleasant

Unfortunately, we were not able to benefit from house location as nearest beach was closed for the reconstruction and we need to drive each day 2 times to another beaches available out of the town.
It would be very helpful to have dry machine for see more

I would strongly recommend this villa in l'Ampolla as it has a lot to offer. It is very spacious, well laid out and really quiet. The facilities surrounding the villa were amazing not just for children but also for teenagers. A 25 m swimming pool, tesee more
I would strongly recommend this villa in l'Ampolla as it has a lot to offer. It is very spacious, well laid out and really quiet. The facilities surrounding the villa were amazing not just for children but also for teenagers. A 25 m swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball area, playground, ping pong kept my kids happy for hours. The location is perfect as it is just on the outskirts of town however close enough to walk to the centre. Also it is just across the road from the beach. Nearby is a beautiful nature reserve when hundreds of birds and an endless sandy beach which leads to a lighthouse. A real must! We spent two relaxing weeks in l'Ampolla and were sad to leave. Happy memories! PS- Catalan Airways provided an excellent service : they made us feel very welcome and offered us a very handy brochure with lots of recommendations and handy places to visit. Gracias Eva & hubby :) PS- Wanted to give the area 5 stars for expectations and recommendation however was only able to tick one star (the system wouldn't let me - sorry)

We were two families renting this appartment. The appartment was very nice and comfortable. We had all we needed for cooking in the kitchen.
And it was nice to have three bathrooms.
everything was clean and in order at our arrivel.

The complex where the property is located was clean and well maintained. As it was spring the temperature was a little low for making too much use of the swimming pool, but there were a couple of afternoons when the kids got in. L'Ampolla is a pleasant town with a nice harbour. It's more modern than quaint, but very clean and has plenty of restaurants. Eva from Catalanways was a great help - we arrived late on Sat night and were able to pick up keys from the office, and there was a welcome package to keep us going until we could get to the shops. I would definitely recommend it for a family holiday. We're going back in summer 2013 for a 2 week stay and the family are really looking forward to it. |

La maison était parfaite. À 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et avec piscine dans la résidence. Catala way est très réactif. L’ampolla est une ville avec ambiance plutôt familiale, si vous souhaitez boire des verres et sortir le soir il vous faudra prensee more

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances :)

Vi likte godt plasseringen, vi var flere strandturer ut til deltaet som hadde helt fantastiske strender. Vi hadde leiebil og dro litt rundt - anbefaler bil! Huset fungerte veldig godt, deilig aircondition og greie bad. Gode senger. Pluss for dyner. Fsee more

Nous avons séjourné(2 familles) 15 jours en Aout 2012 à l'Ampolla, nous avons été enchantés par cette ville calme et paisible et qui correspondait à nos attentes. Merci à Eva pour son accueil & sa disponibilité tout au long de notre réservation et à see more

Merci à Eva pour son accueil & sa disponibilité tout au long de notre réservation et à notre arrivée. La Casa Ramona correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes et notre séjour s'est agréablement bien passé. Seul bémol, si je peux me permettre, il serait judicieux d'ajouter des panneaux interdisant la nourriture & boisson aux abords de la piscine, ce qui éviterait d'arriver aux transats couverts de jus et autres detritus de nourriture.
