Villa Gaudí is a luxury villa with sea-views from the patio, private pool, beautifully maintained gardens, sleeping up to nine guests and just a stroll to the fabulous beach of Cap Roig! The property was designed to emphasize light and openness where the internal space flows outwards onto the terraces and gardens. There is an expansive patio of 100 m² with retractable canopy; the pool is located on a lower level with its own sun terrace and all wrapped in beautiful gardens planted with trees and shrubs. Worthy of a mention is the ‘Wave’ an undulating wall inspired by the art of Antoni Gaudí. Inside this light filled villa there is an open plan lounge and library, an American bar connecting the kitchen to a breakfast area and pantry. The formal dining area is located near the kitchen and in the open plan area. There is a discreet cloakroom that services the ground floor. Leading upstairs via an inox stairwell are the sleeping quarters. Along a mahogany panelled hallway there are four bedrooms, three with great sea views. There is the light filled master bedroom with double bed and writing bureau, a large bathroom with shower and bath, a second large bedroom with double bed, a third large bedroom with double bed and a children’s room with twin beds. There are also two other bathrooms with shower enclosure and a separate WC. Entry to the property is via automatic gates and there is car parking for three vehicles. While it does have a gentle pace of life with great beaches, there is still jet ski rental and boat hire for fishing, beach volleyball tournaments and a summer season night-club, music concerts and festivals to provide lots of interesting variety.

Villa Pineda is akin to renting a forest near the beach. Wrapped in a pine forest with entry through automatic gates and private pool, this 2,400 m of mature pine trees offers the ultimate in privacy. Located in the idyllic setting of Cap Roig resort, the villa is 400 m to the best beach in the area. The pool is newly built with sun-deck, bespoke barbecue hut, al fresco dining under the carob trees with large terrace, breakfast area and lots of cool space. This holiday villa is surprisingly spacious with an open plan living and dining area, independent kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and with a sleeping capacity of eleven. The villa is furnished in the comfortable style of the 70's, a property with no fuss but well maintained and with the genteel air of a country residence. Entry is through automatic gates down a driveway of pine trees. This villa is certainly a holiday home of contrasts, with one toe in the sea and the other in a natural paradise.
