Villa Gaudí is a luxury villa situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla managed by Catalan Ways
Catalan Ways has two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve.
Villa Gaudí is a luxury villa with sea-views from the patio, private pool, beautifully maintained gardens, sleeping up to nine guests and just a stroll to the fabulous beach of Cap Roig! The property was designed to emphasize light and openness where the internal space flows outwards onto the terraces and gardens. There is an expansive patio of 100 m² with retractable canopy; the pool is located on a lower level with its own sun terrace and all wrapped in beautiful gardens planted with trees and shrubs. Worthy of a mention is the ‘Wave’ an undulating wall inspired by the art of Antoni Gaudí. Inside this light filled villa there is an open plan lounge and library, an American bar connecting the kitchen to a breakfast area and pantry. The formal dining area is located near the kitchen and in the open plan area. There is a discreet cloakroom that services the ground floor. Leading upstairs via an inox stairwell are the sleeping quarters. Along a mahogany panelled hallway there are four bedrooms, three with great sea views. There is the light filled master bedroom with double bed and writing bureau, a large bathroom with shower and bath, a second large bedroom with double bed, a third large bedroom with double bed and a children’s room with twin beds. There are also two other bathrooms with shower enclosure and a separate WC. Entry to the property is via automatic gates and there is car parking for three vehicles. Villa Gaudi, the embodiment of class & luxurious living and a short stroll to the beach!

We travelled with 6 adults and 5 kids and we`re still good friends :-) The pool is not big but perfect for kids that needs continous attention. The master bedroom is grand however the other rooms are not big enough for a Family. It got a wee bit crowsee more

Apart from that the outdoor area har been redone and the lawn is gone to make up a spacious sundeck which was real Nice. All in all a wonderful villa with every facility that you need for a holiday home. CatalanWays is a well run organisation that helped us in any way we wanted during Our stay. The pool is a good size and for the children it was fine. Good size rooms, nice garden and great sun chairs. All together we had a very pleasant stay. Wonderful kitchen with plenty of appliances and cups, cutlery, plates etc etc. enough facilities to hoste big groups. Use of car inevitable because the area is a 5 minute drive from the small town of El Perello which has a cute bakery, butcher and small supermarket for daily fresh stuff. Poolside is wonderful and pitoresque. Pool not very big but nice to hang out with the whole family and with two barbecues and a separate outdoor pizza oven, the cooks can enjoy outdoor cooking as well. The caretakers take care of the flower beds in the vast and beautiful garden with a large amount of olive trees. The hammocks and patio bed are ideal for a well deserved siesta. For our family the vacation was perfect! |

Villa Nicole provides space and comfort in equal measure with large open plan internal spaces and three air-conditioned bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, private pool, barbecue zone, Wi-Fi, and just 250 m to the best beach! The villa is just wonderfully planned with 210 m of internal space on the same floor so there are no stairs to climb; it has air-conditioning in every space, an elevated patio of 70 m² and the kitchen connects directly to the terrace for al fresco dining as well as to the internal dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and because it is south facing, the light flows in all day long. The large open living area has two sofas each of which can be turned into a comfortable double bed. This gives the villa a maximum capacity of ten. The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom has shower and bath for the children after a sandy day on the beach. The other two double bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower. There is a WC that services the open plan living room. There is also another shower enclosure outside. The barbecue is for professionals that can use wood or charcoal and the large pool is enclosed with elevated fencing so maximum privacy is guaranteed. And then it is just a stroll to Cap Roig, the best beach in the area. There is a reason why we say it is really well thought out. So, if you are looking for a villa with a big capacity that is near the beach, very comfortable with lots of internal and external space and at a very good price, then look no further.

Villa Pineda is akin to renting a forest near the beach. Wrapped in a pine forest with entry through automatic gates and private pool, this 2,400 m of mature pine trees offers the ultimate in privacy. Located in the idyllic setting of Cap Roig resort, the villa is 400 m to the best beach in the area. The pool is newly built with sun-deck, bespoke barbecue hut, al fresco dining under the carob trees with large terrace, breakfast area and lots of cool space. This holiday villa is surprisingly spacious with an open plan living and dining area, independent kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and with a sleeping capacity of eleven. The villa is furnished in the comfortable style of the 70's, a property with no fuss but well maintained and with the genteel air of a country residence. Entry is through automatic gates down a driveway of pine trees. This villa is certainly a holiday home of contrasts, with one toe in the sea and the other in a natural paradise.
