Villa Nicole is a villa situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla managed by Catalan Ways.
We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve.
Villa Nicole provides space and comfort in equal measure with large open plan internal spaces and three air-conditioned bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, private pool, barbecue zone, Wi-Fi, and just 250 m to the best beach! The villa is just wonderfully planned with 210 m of internal space on the same floor so there are no stairs to climb; it has air-conditioning in every space, an elevated patio of 70 m² and the kitchen connects directly to the terrace for al fresco dining as well as to the internal dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and because it is south facing, the light flows in all day long. The large open living area has two sofas each of which can be turned into a comfortable double bed. This gives the villa a maximum capacity of ten. The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom has shower and bath for the children after a sandy day on the beach. The other two double bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower. There is a WC that services the open plan living room. There is also another shower enclosure outside. The barbecue is for professionals that can use wood or charcoal and the large pool is enclosed with elevated fencing so maximum privacy is guaranteed. And then it is just a stroll to Cap Roig, the best beach in the area. There is a reason why we say it is really well thought out. So, if you are looking for a villa with a big capacity that is near the beach, very comfortable with lots of internal and external space and at a very good price, then look no further.

L'Ampolla is a fishing village that has happily avoided being a tourist destination. Famed through-out the Costa Dorada for its cuisine, the oysters, razor clams and fish all come straight from the waters of the bay. While it does have a gentle pace of life with great beaches, there is still jet ski rental and boat hire for fishing, beach volleyball tournaments and a summer season night-club, music concerts and festivals to provide lots of interesting variety.

When we arrived in l’ampolla, it was nice to see all the signs, which made it easy for us to find the office to pick up the keys. Arrived at the villa, we absolutely loved the place. It was perfect for us travelling 6 adults/1 baby - but you Can easily fit in some extra because of the large livingroom area. The outdoor area was great - nice with the pool, outdoor kitchen, toilet/bath by the pool and the kitchen was equiped perfectly for a nice holiday. |

It would be nice if there is bed linnen for the baby/children as well as the adults.
If something major was to be done at the House, maybe they can consider putting tilessomething like that around the pool instead of graven/little stones. :-)

La villa est idéalement placée, proche de la mer. Nous avons eu un souci sur une salle de bain, dont les évacuations étaient bouchées. Le problème avait déjà été signalé par les locataires précédents. Le jeudi suivant, l'intervention a eu lieu et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Nous sommes tout de même très contents de notre séjour. Nous relouerons sans hésiter.

Le service de maintenance car on s'est retrouvée avec 2 parasols casse et nous avons eu les 2 nouveau le vendredi et nous partions le samedi. Le service de nettoyage car on a précisé notre heure d'arrivée et quand nous avons voulu rentrer dans la vilsee more

Le service de nettoyage car on a précisé notre heure d'arrivée et quand nous avons voulu rentrer dans la villa le ménage n'était pas fait et il a fallu attendre 2 heures pour pouvoir rentre et pour la fin de séjour nous étions pas encore parti que le service ménage arrivai et pour finir la villa est pour 10 personnes mais le frigo est trop petit.

We hebben genoten van het conformtabele huis en het zalige zwembad. Contact met eigenaar was zeer goed. Hij kwam 3 maal per week het zwembad onderhouden. Dit vroeg in de ochtend zodat hij ons niet stoorde. Hij gaf goeie tips voor uitstappen, winkels see more

Dit vroeg in de ochtend zodat hij ons niet stoorde. Hij gaf goeie tips voor uitstappen, winkels en strand. Op het einde kregen we de borg zonder betwisting terug ook al waren er 2 stoelen stuk gegaan. Hij gaf zelf toe dat ze snel kapot gaan in dit zonnige weer. 😄 Als we dan toch iets moeten bemerken is dat er geen kinderservies, bekers e.d aanwezig zijn op 1 bord na. Kruiden en Keukenhanddoeken zelf mee te brengen. Maar in Supermarkt Mercadonna vind je alles zeer goedkoop. 😋

Notre Villa a plus que répondu à nos attentes perdue au milieu de la campagne entourée d'une végetation sauvage et sans voisinage immédiat, tout en étant situé à 5minutes de la plage! Enfin une mention spéciale à Eva et Adrian, les dirigeants de Catalan Ways, qui ont été très réactif à chacune de nos demandes, et d'une gentillesse extrèmme! |

Villa Cabrera is a super comfortable villa with a large and manicured garden which hosts a beautiful 7 by 4 meter pool with walk in steps and wrap-around sun terraces. The pool is equipped with a special solar blanket which increases the temperature of the pool water by up to 8 degrees (depending on the sunshine) providing for a pleasant water temperature in early and late season (April/May and September/October).
The big private garden also has a spectacular pergola with a stone barbecue and a table tennis table.
The villa is situated in a quiet street just a stroll away to Cap Roig, the best beach in the area known and valued for its large sandy beach surrounded by reddish cliffs and home to Pepe’s chiringuito where dining under the Morera trees with fabulous views of the Mediterranean is the order of the day.
It is at once cosy and spacious, with a lounge and living area, American style kitchen, an outside conservatory for al fresco dining, a neat patio area for a quiet chat or a pre dinner glass of wine so you can dine in comfort.
