Villa Lili is a luxury villa situated on the south of Costa Dorada, in the village of l'Ampolla managed by Catalan Ways.
We have two offices in l’Ampolla to give support and information on all aspects of your holiday on the Costa Dorada; our job is to make sure you have all the knowledge you need to have the wonderful holiday you deserve.
Villa Lili is an exclusive holiday accommodation on the front line of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by beautiful gardens. This unique holiday villa is located in the resort of Les Oliveres and boasts spectacular sea views. It is stylishly designed and perfect for an intimate family holiday. Surrounding the villa are 2,000m² of manicured gardens where the green of the vegetation mingles with the blue of the swimming pool. The pool is suitable for children and adults with two clearly differentiated areas, one deeper than 3m and the other only 1,80m. The lawn slopes down to a promenade that leads directly to the beaches and children's playgrounds. Villa Elena is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the communal areas, a spacious designer kitchen, a dining room with access to a terrace with a table under the porch, the swimming pool and a barbecue area where you can enjoy spectacular views of the gardens and the deep blue Mediterranean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee machine to make Latte and Expresso. The terrace has a large table designed for enjoying the evening breeze and dining al fresco. The bright living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, free Wi-Fi and a TV. The living room is connected to the entrance hall, where there is a bedroom with a single bed and a first bathroom. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. There is also direct access to the terrace where a comfortable table with outdoor chairs awaits you to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. The suite also has an extra bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower. In total there are four bedrooms. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms, automatic blinds and two entrances, one at the end of the garden leading to the sea and the other with access to the street. The villa is just 100m from the four-star hotel-spa Les Oliveres, so you won't be far from a relaxing coffee or a stress-relieving massage. All in all, luxury accommodation with fabulous sea views.

Parabellum is a luxurious and enormous villa for large groups with sumptuous private pool in spacious courtyard. Parabellum enjoys marvellous views of the sea from barbecue and breakfast terrace and also from the balconies of the two studio bedrooms on the top floor. The large and wonderfully equipped independent kitchen leads onto an extensive open plan lounge with 64” wide screen TV. It also leads onto the al fresco breakfast and barbecue zone that are shaded with automatic parasols. The two bedroom suites are on the second floor, each bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and with spectacular views from the extensive balcony. Two other bedrooms with shared bathroom are located on the ground floor, the kids’ bedroom located to the rear of the villa which means the adults can be up while the kids are asleep. From the elevated patio with state-of-the-art barbecue there are pool views, sea views as well as a chill out zone with luxurious patio furniture. Entry to the villa is through automatic gates and there is a slip way that bring you to the basement parking area. The capacity of the villa is for ten and it is air-conditioned through-out and with free Wi-Fi. All in all, Parabellum is one of those rare private villas that combine the peace of a classic Mediterranean setting with space, luxury and proximity to three different beaches.

Costa Dorada has a unique climate that is warm in summer and mild in winter.
L'Ampolla is a fishing village that has happily avoided being a tourist destination. Famed through-out the Costa Dorada for its cuisine, the oysters, razor clams and fish all come straight from the waters of the bay. While it does have a gentle pace of life with great beaches, there is still jet ski rental and boat hire for fishing, beach volleyball tournaments and a summer season night-club, music concerts and festivals to provide lots of interesting variety.

This is the first time we have brought this transcendent, beautifully designed property to the market. Zen del Mar combines Buddhist tranquility with the convenience of having a beach on your doorstep. Called Santa Lucia it is literally just a stone’s throw to the waves lapping on the shore. Set in its own private gardens with private swimming pool and bespoke barbecue area, what is immediately of note is the luminescent, open plan lay-out that provides space and an unmistakable touch of luxury. Overlooking the inviting blue of the pool, with views of the sea looming in the background, the elevated terrace features an alfresco dining area and a chill-out corner full of sofas and armchairs and coffee tables to curl up on and read a book or sip a glass of chilled white as hopefully someone other than you gets the barbecue going. Once inside, there is an open plan kitchen with a sleek kitchen island and cleverly mounted ceiling extractor fan, another dining area and giving onto a lounge and TV area to chill and maybe take in a movie in the evening. The sleeping quarters are nicely removed from the living area, with three really spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms that are newly renovated with walk in showers. In fact, the whole villa has just had a face-lift in 2025 so you might easily be the first guest to book. And more than anything else, the villa has been redesigned to emphasize light and openness, where the internal space flows outwards onto the terrace and the pool, mercifully located on a lower level meaning it’s not so close that any water-polo horseplay will disturb that Buddhist tranquility. The villa is air-conditioned, the gardens are lawned and planted with trees and shrubs and it has parking for two vehicles. And Zen del Mar is just a 7 minutes-drive to the nearby fishing village of l'Ampolla where there are supermarkets, harbour-side cafes and restaurants, marine activities and a most splendiferous maritime boardwalk of 4 kilometers that makes for an absolutely magical early morning stroll. But it cannot compare to the amazing walk on the GR7.2 walkway that goes past Zen Del Mar and the Santa Lucia beach that brings you to the most amazing hidden coves and pine forests that sweep down to the coast. If you had to sum it up, this is a villa that has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday, comfort, elegance and a certain transcendental something that you simply have to experience for yourself.3 reviews
